Who provides the design drawings?

If you've opted into Block's Design Services, Block will provide a design intent drawing for your contractor to submit to your building management company or your local Department of Building depending on your home type when applying for permits. The design intent drawing is for the city to understand the overall layout of the new bathroom space, it does not include elevations, material specifics, and is not architectural grade.
