A virtual project advisor is a dedicated Block customer service team member who understands the unique scope of your project and can offer support throughout your renovation journey. 

1. Virtual Kickoff
Meeting

After your proposal is accepted, you will have a 30-minute virtual consultation with your advisor and contractor to review project scope, flag potential considerations, and discuss timeline estimates.

2. Virtual Pre-Break Ground Meeting

Prior to breaking ground, you will have a 30-minute virtual consultation with your advisor to review best practices and ensure that you and your contractor are set up for success. 

3. General
Support

Your advisor will partner with you and your contractor to resolve any hurdles along the way.
